Two weeks old!

These past two weeks have flown by and I cannot believe she is already two weeks old. But at the same time I really don't remember what it was like before her! She had her first peds appt on April 22 and it went well. She was tongue-tied (like her momma!) and she got her frenulum clipped at this appt. She did great and was able to eat with no problems less than an hour after the procedure. Mike really enjoyed having the week off being with her.

This past week my mom stayed with us and she was a huge help! I have finally been able to venture outside the house and Caroline has had numerous successful trips, even in a torrential downpour! I have yet to go anywhere without her. I haven't been without her for almost ten months and it is going to be hard to leave her!! I am already dreading so much going back to work! She has been sleeping pretty well. She basically gets up every 2-3 hours to eat and then goes back to sleep pretty quick. She is already in her crib in her room by herself and I am getting used to her noises-what are just sleep noises and what are I need something noises. She had her two week appt on Friday and she weighed 8 lbs, 2 oz and was 20.5 inches (both 55%).

Next week Mike's mom is staying with us and hopefully it will be less rainy so that we can get out a little more. We took one walk last week and she enjoyed it. Today we went to church for the first time and she did great-barely made a peep. It amazes me that she can sleep through the church band and all the singing! Here are pictures since the last post.
